Below explains ways to join BERITA.
Applications
The most basic way to sign-up to join BERITA is to submit an application to us. BERITA only opens the application 3 times a year. Join our Discord to get the latest on our applications.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION ENTRY:

Must be a MYS Citizen / Roblox Account must at-least be 120 days old

Able to speak, write and understand English

Able to speak, write and understand Malay*

DO NOT HAVE a criminal record related to national security

Not in other media companies**

Have a professional and mature work ethics

Be able to be active on Discord

Be able to speak with a microphone***

"Direct In"
The second way to join BERITA is via a method we call "Direct In" meaning that you have the chance to skip the entire application process and direct you into the workforce. It normally takes 1-2 days to verify your resume and others. This method is open 24/7 until Application Opens.

Resumes
Resumes are widely used in the Direct-In method. Below shows the requirements and information you must include in your resume.

Trainee Training Program (TTP)
TTP is a Training Program allowing BERITA to teach the basic-knowledge required when working at BERITA. TTP is separated into 3 courses. It would normally take 3 weeks of time to complete TTP.

Applicants that joined BERITA via Application MUST go through TTP. However, applicants that join via Direct-In will be considered based on the experience and skills the applicant have and the department the applicant is applying for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I still have to go through TTP if I join via Direct-In?
A: It will be considered based on the Department you are applying and the skills you have.

Q: Is TTP compulsory if I join via Application?
A: Yes.
​
Q: Can you fail TTP?
A: Yes, you can fail TTP, but not in the way where you fail your test. A trainee must complete at least 2 courses out of 3 in order to become an Intern here at BERITA.
​
Q: What if I fail TTP?
A: If you fail TTP, you will drop out as "Under Probation" and will have to wait until the next batch (which normally take a few months) to fully complete your course.
